CTE is caused by repetitive blows to the head... and or multiple concussions. 02.01.2022 This AFL player insurance is insane & like having an ambulance at the bottom of the cliff. The EyeBOX is the guard rail at the top of the cliff! Insurance is no...t prevention. Advances in medical science now better enable us to detect / manage & monitor head trauma. The evidence is on the wall with past players who are now suffering .. we need to be addressing this issue properly before it sends football leagues broke.
