14.01.2022 We get it, the world is a scary place at the moment. We don't want to keep adding to those fears and dwelling on situations out of our control. However, we want all of you, our incredible Body Mechanix community to know that what we can control, we are. ALL of us have completed government education on COVID19 infection control and hand hygiene. This is in addition to the stringent hygiene practices we are already following within our practice.... We will always go above and beyond to provide the highest levels of care that we value at TBM. Thank you for your support, and look for a reason to smile every day - a positive mindset changes everything.

07.01.2022 Here is Jameel one of our patients that just underwent a lumbar microdiscectomy (a surgery to remove a portion of a herniated disc that is irritating a nerve root) for weeks he was unable to stand straight and had pain radiating into his glute, hamstring & calf. Thankfully the surgery was a success and he is now on the road to making a full recovery. He has already come a long way since his surgery. Stay tuned for more updates on his progress and our journey getting him back onto the soccer field (previously played 1st grade for NSW)

06.01.2022 Today we mark National Sorry Day, acknowledging the Stolen Generations and looking to a future of healing and health for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members and communities. It is an important day for all Australians and leads into National Reconciliation Week tomorrow.

02.01.2022 We at the Body Mechanix realise that these are unprecedented and uncertain times. However, it is important to realise that you can only control what you can control. We are making sure to be extra diligent in our hygiene practices in clinic - washing hands, wiping down surfaces, disinfecting gym and clinic equipment. From our incredible community, we ask that you follow the protocols outlined in the image below. If you are feeling unwell, please contact the clinic ahead of yo...ur appointment to determine if it is best to reschedule. If you have been overseas recently, particularly to highly affected countries, please let us know before you arrive at the clinic. We need to work together during these times. Even if you are not concerned about the potential effects the virus COULD have on you, please spare a thought for the members of our community who are at risk - elderly, suffering from respiratory problems and the immunosuppressed.
