11.01.2022 All too often RTO managers have been 'afraid' or 'intimidated' when it comes to offering feedback to the regulating authority. I can't recommend strongly enough, the medium and long term benefits of offering professional feedback. One of the underlying themes offered by David Garner, head of ASQA in Queensland advised during his presentation at the National VELG Training conference: 'we don't know what we don't know'. The RTO community is a powerful voice. It is imperative that we speak up.
