24.01.2022 I'm going to get personal for a moment. As a beauty therapist I get up close to people's skin. Today I had a skin check for cancer, I was about 3 years over due. Silly Right?! Thankfully I was in the clear but ive spent so long being nervous and anxious about putting off my yearly check up. Skin cancer is no joke, it's not always a quick fix and it is deadly. I can't express how relieved I felt when I had nothing to worry about but if the shoe was on the other foot I would have felt so stupid for putting my life on the line when all i had to do was have a 10 minute check up. So if this sounds like you, please get checked out. 10 mins is nothing on fighting a long battle of cancer. Take care of yourselves, your body is your temple. Xx
