25.01.2022 Our client in Secret harbour had a leaking pipe in the wall between her en-suit and her bedroom. We hired a plumber to fix the leaking pipe, Applied a waterproof membrane, Rendered and then white set the affected walls. when white set is applied you have to wait at least 6 weeks for it to cure before painting... sometimes even up to 8-12 weeks in winter! We use a gypsum product which contains no lime so you can paint within 48 hours after application!!

23.01.2022 Rising Damp. An all too common problem in W.A homes due to poor waterproofing methods. Here is a job we are doing in doubleview. We removed all of the water damaged render and applied x2 coats of a waterproofing membrane then we re-rendered ready for texture. Came up a treat.

22.01.2022 Another lovely Reno we did back in June

18.01.2022 Some before and afters of a home we Acrylic Textured in Sinagra Product: Dulux Coventry Course Colour: Wattyl Tuz Lake

17.01.2022 Structural Cracking. Our client in Mandurah had some cracks on the sides of his balcony between the tilers screed and the top of the brickwork and a lot of water was getting in between the cracks. So we chipped it all off, x2 coats waterproof membrane, had it tiled with some feature cream tiles and rendered around the damaged areas ready for texture coat and Acra shield top coat. We are pleased to say he doesnt have to look at those horrible cracks again!!

05.01.2022 EFFLORESCENCE efflorescence are the white salts in cement render. When over time can penetrate painted & textured finishes making it peel, flake and bubble. This home in Ridgewood had the worst damage I have seen in a while... To solve this problem we scraped and cleaned off the white salts with an efflorescence cleaner then applied an anti efflorescence primer, we then patched with Acra patch and applied a coventry course texture coat. There was a small wall that was failing due to not having a footing so we put a footing in, re-bricked & re-rendered. We Also repaired a few cracks. It looks amazing!

04.01.2022 Back at it again this morning... Client had rising damp issues in his garage so we chipped off the render 500mm from the level of the slab then x2 coat waterproof membrane ready for render and texture coats.

01.01.2022 Have mould and mildew on your old existing render? Here is a job we did in Wembley. We cleaned off the dirty mould and applied a coat of Bondcrete as a bonding agent then made up a "slurry" mix of sand, cream cement, lime and water then applied a thin layer and rubbed it up with a "float" and then "sponge floated" to bring back that original sand finished look with the original rustic "bullnosed" edges
