24.01.2022 Was part of a terrific forum last night. It was really interesting how a range of perspectives had so much in common. Thanks to Round Table, Effective Naturally, Sound House and Theatre North. https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/7WF5CXLWvMsp7XwC6fjY8
24.01.2022 Great discussion with Treasurer Josh Frydenberg today. Our State and Federal Governments are very happy to engage with business across the nation. Thanks to ACCI - the Australian Chamber network has never been stronger.

22.01.2022 Had a very worthwhile meeting with Minister Michaelia Cash and the head of the National Covid-19 Coordination Commission, Nev Power, thanks to ACCI. Spoke about the ongoing need for support for certain industries to maintain a form of Job Keeper after September. Also took the opportunity to again congratulate the Federal Government on their work thus far.

17.01.2022 Great to see TCCI Chair, Paul Ranson, appointed to the Premier’s Economic and Social Recovery Council. This impressive group of Tasmanian’s will add tremendous value as we enter the coming recovery phase. As always, the TCCI will do its best to represent the needs of Tasmanian businesses across this period.
17.01.2022 If you live in Launceston, chances are you may know Neil from Watsons Jewellers. Neil is one of the small business owners who has recently signed up to the new... www.buysomethingtasmanian.com.au website. Inspired by community sentiment and developed in partnership with the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Brand Tasmania and the Tasmanian Government, Buy Something Tasmanian provides a platform to find out who is open during this "contact-less" time, so we can continue to shop locally. 07.01.2022 Great front page on the Mercury today. I think that we are all holding our breaths hoping that the Victorian outbreak can be brought back under control. The next few days will be telling.
