Piyanuch has been working at The Coffee Club for over 9 years and says her favourite thing about working at TCC Bangkok is making people happy by serving her customers great coffee. 23.01.2022 Get to know our finalists! Meet Chrystal Rameka representing The Coffee Club New Zealand. Chrystal has been working at The Coffee Club for 2 years and says "what I enjoy about working in The Coffee Club is the training programme for barista's. We get a lot of support & advise from Nellie which is really encouraging and I also enjoy our customers the store attracts especially the elderly." She enjoys getting to know her customers and her favourite coffee is a hazelnut latte.

23.01.2022 Get to know our finalists! Meet Kymbalea from TCC Canelands, Australia! Kymbalea has been working for The Coffee Club for almost 3 years. What she enjoys the most about working at TCC Canelands is the atmosphere, her colleagues and the customers. Her favourite coffee is a latte as it allows her to step out of the box and put some creativity in to her work. Best of luck Kymbalea!

22.01.2022 Want to know how will the competitors be judged? Each contestant will be judged on two main areas - Sensory and Technical. The baristas will be scored on these two areas, including how each espresso has been prepared and served, as well as how they look and taste.

What he enjoys most about working at The Coffee Club is the international exposure working for an international brand. He says his favourite thing about working for The Coffee Club is making lots of friends and also learning lots of new skills for his career. 15.01.2022 Want to know what it takes to compete in the International Barista Championships? Each barista will be put to the test in a café environment and will be required to prepare and serve 8 espresso based beverages in the space of 15 minutes.

14.01.2022 Get to know our finalists! Meet Courtney Leech representing The Coffee Club Australia. She has been working at The Coffee Club for almost 4 years and her favourite coffee is a Ristretto. Courtney's favourite thing about working at The Coffee Club is "the level of training that is offered and the loyalty from the brand, which has taken me from a casual barista to head barista in an equity store. I enjoy knowing that The Coffee Club offers further progression."
