12.01.2022 Over the past three months I've come across many super funds who haven't allocated the contributions made by employers!! For some of the June contributions I have lodged an official enquiry with the fund. Everyone should check their final pay slip for the payroll year against the contributions received by the super fund - these two figures should be the same!!

09.01.2022 It appears MYOB is the bane of my life these days. After being a consultant for almost 30 years and converting many clients to this software, there certainly is no loyalty anymore. They know what an upheaval it is to change software packages and they milk it to the end. After collecting annual subscriptions for decades they now force clients onto their new software. One of the benefits of changing is the bank feeds. However at NO POINT does MYOB advise there is actually a "Fair Use" limitation to bank feeds before they charge you and additional $0.10 per transaction. No costing or quote has ever made this clear. MYOB call centres are "very sorry" but will never put you through to make a complaint.

07.01.2022 I don't know how many hours I've spent on the phone to MYOB over the past month. I've got a lot of "We are sorry" but very little postive action. If there was only half a decent accounting package out there, I believe a lot of clients would be ready to turn their backs on MYOB. Just like they have done to all the subscribers of the desktop based software.
