21.01.2022 Weather permitting we will be holding our next SWAP MEET on Sunday 17th November 2019, full details are given in the message below. There will be further SWAP M...EETS on the 16th Feb and 15th March 2020. Sellers please note that Sellers can't move their cars before the conclusion of the event and Lions Club members have given you permission to do so. THIS IS A "SMOKE & ALCOHOL FREE" EVENT! - PLEASE RESPECT THESE CONDITIONS, IN PARTICULAR, REGARDING SMOKING, PLEASE DO IT OUTSIDE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OVAL Following complaints at recent Swap Meets and on advice from the WA Government Department of Health please note that :- ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES (e-cigarettes) and other personal vaporisers for delivery of nicotine or other substances ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE USED IN ANY AREA OF THE SWAP MEET. As far as toilets are concerned there is a City of Swan toilet block with two unisex toilets which will be open provided they are in a condition to do so - outside of our control - when you enter the oval with your vehicle just ask the Lions to point them out to you, they will know if they are available or not. Failing that there are toilets at the local shopping centre, a short stroll away, but they are not available until after 7:30am. BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: 1. This event will be for you from 8:00am to 11:00am with a 'gold' coin donation. 2. If you arrive before 8:00am, for safety reasons, if all Sellers are not all set up, you will not be allowed access. SELLERS PLEASE NOTE: Sellers from 7:00am with a donation of $10.00 per bay (No need to register or book, just turn up on the day) 1. To avoid traffic congestion in Bronzewing Avenue. please form one queue in Woollybush Drive which takes you to Bronzewing Avenue and the entry to the venue. Please do not use any other approach to the entry to the venue along Bronzewing Avenue. 2. All food sellers must be approved by the Ellenbrook Lions Club before coming along 3. Please bring your own cash float as Lions cannot assist on the day. 4. For safety reasons sellers may not leave the grounds until the conclusion of the event, when Club members will provide you permission to do so. 5. Please respect our environment and our oval and take your litter home with you as well as your unsold items - please do not 'dump' the latter at the Ellenbrook Salvos.
