23.01.2022 Training is not just about creating deliciously toned arms and legs, its also about how you move. Our classes are all an hour long with 15 minutes of that time devoted to mobility and moving with less restriction and more freedom. Looking good should go with feeling great!

Plus, shes an all round good gal and one of those people that instantly lifts your mood when she arrives.... 01.01.2022 Don’t hold yourself back, just because others won’t move forwards. You know how we all have those friends who tell us that were being boring or too strict when were trying to achieve a body goal? Yeah, nah. I don’t have those friends.... Literally, not a single person in my network of friends would ever question or pressure me or suggest that somehow I was being boring by not drinking at their birthday or . I don’t have those people in my life. All too often when you are trying to get leaner, stronger, fitter - you have people in your life that feel threatened or challenged by your courage to change. Back when i used to work mostly with mums, it was incredibly common for them to be on point during the week, but when Friday night and the weekend came, it would turn into - Oh, hubby wanted to eat ice cream and watch movies, so followed by a knowing pause that meant I gave up on my goals. I get it. Connection with those you love is important. But when your connection to others comes at the cost of YOURSELF, then you have a misalignment of goals that will mean sure fire failure! One of the hardest things to wrap your head around when it comes to body success, whatever that means to you, is the realisation that you will NOT be the same person you are now when you achieve it. Literally, you have to remake yourself. The future you who has the body you want (or money, love etc), is not the you that you are right now. Its not that you have to be a different person though, thats not what Im saying. You need to be the more AUTHENTIC version of you. The truer version of yourself. The you that is ALL of you, whatever that means within yourself. Ultimately, this means acting from what you know is RIGHT and TRUE for you right now. Sometimes, people will grow with you. Sometimes, they won’t. But either way, its not your job to make them feel accepted. Coz heres the thing - Once you decide to do whats true for you, the people and connections that are REALLY fulfilling to you will show up. You will magnetise them to you, simply by your decision and resolve. And it just keeps on getting better from there. What do you KNOW you need to step into today?
