24.01.2022 Receiving a round of applause from the guests in BICs corporate box after I finished 10th in Race 2. Loved how they watched all my races and got right into it ... their box was overlooking Turn 1 where I passed two cars during that race. I did my best to put on a show for them! ;)

01.01.2022 This week marks a pretty important anniversary for me - its exactly seven years since I started Behind the Wheel. Im proud that something that originated as si...mply a thought bubble while out for a morning walk has turned into something real and tangible. Like every business, especially a start-up, it has been a very hard road. There have been times when people around me have told me to give up, when Ive wondered if its all worth it myself. We have made mistakes, had more than our share of distractions and wrong turns. But, I am proud that I/we have stuck with it and never given up. We arent the biggest, we arent the best - but we are very good at making as much as we can out of every opportunity or resource that we get our hands on. Behind the Wheel isnt just about me - I have had the assistance of some wonderful people who have contributed so much, they know who they are and how much I appreciate them and all that they have done. We have also had some tremendous support from our advertisers and partners - and increasingly from the car industry itself. I must also thank the radio stations - especially those that have been there from day one and are still proud to air our products and have us as part of their line-up. Regardless of the joy of watching constant website traffic growth, a growing radio footprint, more and more podcast listeners each week etc. etc. - I am most proud that we have always operated with honesty, dignity and professionalism.
