We provide education for the kids falling through the cracks of our schooling system. How?... Our TA platform allows both students and teachers to register their interest and their need. Think of it as Uber & Airbnb for teachers and students. Parents, students and guardians choose the teacher they want, Learn when they want, Learn face-to-face or online, and, like Uber, track the teacher’s journey to their home, AUSTRALIA WIDE. We also need to change the way Aboriginal eduction is delivered - Aboriginal perspectives need to become a regular part of the classroom, not just limited to one week of the year. 01.01.2022 Life is not easy most of the time. Here’s some easy to follow steps that will assist you to get back on the rails. 1. #routine, ROUTINE, ROUTINE. Get back to the things that make you tick. What do you #love doing? Line a couple of these things up to build #momentum.... 2. Call a True #friend. A true friend is someone that will #listen to you whinge. It’s a two way street though. Share your struggles but be willing to hear theirs. If you don’t have a true friend, DM us and we will be here for you. Our friend when we needed it most recently was @brodie.gilbert from control finance! Champion bloke! If you need help to buy you own home he’s your man. 3. Eat a #healthy meal. Get some substance in your guts. Healthy body assists with a healthy mind. 4. Get some #sleep! Set your alarm for the same time every, single, DAY for one week. Regardless of your bed time, get up religiously at that time, make your bed and grab a glass of water. Start building momentum early. You’ll be surprised at how soon you start to naturally wake up at that time and feel #refreshed. 5. Don’t beat yourself up. #acknowledge you’ve had a bit of a shocker and move on! You are not defined by the spilt milk, you are defined by what you are doing about it! 6. Do some #wellbeing work. Whether that be reading/listening to an #audiobooks, #gratitude, #beach #swim, #walk, #takinginventory, #breathwork, #meditation, #yoga, #physicalactivity etc. Whatever it is that allows you to be in the now. Do that! Check out the book #thepowerofnow by @ekharttole to assist with that. You can do this! We believe in you.
