I had the pleasure of spending some time with her and her wonderful team member Chad, who by the way spent 10 years in Japan studying the Japanese tea ceremony- so he knows a thing or two about tea hehe We shared and talked tea and it completely warmed my heart. I love meeting other peop...le in business who share the same values, passion and curiosity. I feel like I’ve know them forever- this is how I feel about all my wholesale family and I appreciate you all so much! I was strolling through the charming Christmas markets with a steamy hot mulled wine in one hand and a sensational apple pie in the other. I discovered a match made in heaven! ... Apple Crumble is a little slice of New York Christmas pleasure. The deliciously sweet notes of apple sing through soft notes of warm cinnamon, orange, and clove. 12.01.2022 TeaEsk tea has been served to over 50,000 people around Australia! It’s incredible and I’m so humbled. So, I wanted to write a little thank you post to all of the wonderful customers, cafes, venues, family and friends who’ve supported me and TeaEsk over the past 5 years. You’ve all helped get TeaEsk to where it is today, and where it’s going. In 2021 we’re going to launch some real big and exciting changes - the most significant since we started (I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was nervous). It was so wonderful to see their faces light up with big smiles and discover tea in a new light when it’s brewed correctly; even Sandy who has owned the nursery for 20 years was impressed. The nursery has an amazing selection of plants and beautiful home wares, along with a friendly team. If you’re ever around Helensburgh make sure you drop in, you won’t be disappointed
03.01.2022 New! Introducing Brooklyn Cocoa to the TeaEsk range. A Christmas-perfect tea. ... This tea was inspired again by my time in New York City. Walking through Dumbo in Brooklyn on a cold December night, slightly lost, I stumbled across a quaint chocolate shop serving delicious hot chocolate with a homemade dollop of cream. Indulgent, divine, and perfect. Brooklyn Cocoa is my ode to that beautiful cup of cocoa. It's a gorgeous chocolatey blend of Australian cacao husk married with a malty Indian Assam black tea and sprinkled with cacao nibs. It will delight your senses. Beautiful on its own, but add the slightest bit of sugar, and it will make your chocolate dreams come true!
