23.01.2022 As we're sure you would all realise by now, for the foreseeable future all monthly outings, meetings & BBQ's will be on hold until further notice, as set out by Govt guidelines to social distancing etc. John received a call from NPWS this morning informing us, all parks are closed for sporting fixtures from March 26th until further notice! This being the case, for obvious reasons the Gibber to Gibber will also be postponed until further notice. "We're all in this together". Please everyone take care and stay safe in this very uncertain time. See you all on the other side of this terrible nightmare we're all going through! Take care, love from John & Heather

22.01.2022 Our 2020 presentation was very low key compared to previous years, due to Covid-19 restrictions. We combined it with our December outing and our active members had a great time, eating prawns, oysters & a meal in Myall Bistro, followed by presenting all our winners in each category their prizes out in the BBQ area. All while enjoying a couple of refreshing beverages. The major winners were as follows:- Mens winner - Bill Thrift 1562 points Mens runner up - Ross Hicks 652 poin...ts Ladies winner - Cindy Groth 517 points Ladies runner up - Beth Anderson 336 points Junior winner - Will Markham 552 points With many of our members taking out prizes in all categories. Thank you to all our active members in what was a very different year for hanging in there with us. We are looking forward to getting back to some sort of normality in 2021, hoping to be able to run our regular inter club comps. 10.01.2022 Hi again, as you can see below, our new design members club shirts have arrived & must say really happy with them, hope everyone else will be also. John & I wer...e thinking we would drop orders off to everyone in TG/HN area on Friday from 10am on. I will contact as many people as I can to give details of their cost for shirts, as there is different prices depending on sizes. We wish to thank Trevor from WNP Clothing, found in the Industrial Area for supplying our shirts....job well done! For our members who live out of town....not sure what to do there . 01.01.2022 Great News - our club is open again from tomorrow 1st July. Our first fishing outing back will be 10th-12th July, same rules apply to register for outing, $3 & name over the bar by 12pm Saturday 11th, weigh-in & meeting 3pm Sunday 12th BBQ area, "social distancing rules apply". It will be wonderful to see everyone...let's hope with esky's full of fish. Will have the shirts there for those who haven't been able to pick theirs up yet.

01.01.2022 Results of March outing...at long last!! 10 people weighed-in, which was pretty good, considering the circumstances with Covid-19 restrictions. Outing winner-Ross Hicks 271 points Secret fish (Whiting) -Bill Thrift Secret weight (2.950) - Will Markham As we all know it may be some time before we will be able to hold our monthly outings etc....I guess it is watch this space.
