This home shows with a good design, quality tradesmen, and a good builder with eye for detail you don’t need a big home or to spend a fortune to get a home you can be truly proud of. 20.01.2022 The building and construction industry employs thousands of Western Australians. The $20,000 WA Building Bonus has played a crucial role in supporting the indus...try and WA’s economic recovery from COVID-19. It has been a key component of our $5.5 billion jobs and recovery plan, to keep our State safe and strong. Due to its overwhelming success, today we are extending the construction period so more homebuilders have more time to commence works and be eligible for the grant. The grants are available to any homebuyer who signs a contract with a builder by December 31, 2020 to build a new house or purchase a new property in a single-tier development (such as a townhouse) prior to completion of construction. Under the original arrangements, site excavation works to build a new home must start within six months of contracts being signed. Given the high demand and to help extend the pipeline of work, homebuilders will now have 12 months to commence site excavation works. This will give more Western Australians the opportunity to access the grant and it will support this important WA industry for longer. Helping create an even longer pipeline of construction work in WA, providing certainty to the whole industry.

14.01.2022 Extension to the HomeBuilder grants. This time its not just the builders who get the extension. We now have more time to prepare your plans and other documents required to sign a contract with a builder. Changes to the HomeBuilder program include: A $15,000 grant for building contracts (new builds and substantial renovations) signed between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021, inclusive.... An extended deadline for all applications to be submitted, including those applying for the $25,000 grant and the new $15,000 grant. Applications can now be submitted up until 14 April 2021 (inclusive). This will apply to all eligible contracts signed on or after 4 June 2020. An extension to the construction commencement timeframe from three months to six months for all HomeBuilder applicants. This will apply to all eligible contracts signed on or after 1 January 2021, but will also be backdated and apply to all contracts entered into on or after 4 June 2020. An increase to the property price cap for new build contracts in New South Wales and Victoria to $950,000 and $850,000, respectively, where the contract is signed between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021, inclusive. - The existing new build property price cap of $750,000 will continue to apply in all other States and Territories. A change in licensing requirements and registration for builders and developers, as below - Where an eligible contract is signed on or after the 29 November 2020, the builder or developer must have a valid licence or registration before 29 November 2020. - Where an eligible contract is signed before 29 November 2020, the builder or developer must have a valid licence or registration before 4 June 2020. Other than the above, the existing program criteria applies. That is, the other existing eligibility criteria remains in place and the $25,000 grant will still be made available for eligible contracts signed on or before 31 December 2020

12.01.2022 BUILDING GRANT EXTENSION Great news Premier Mark McGowan announced today to extend the construction period for the $20,000 Building Bonus by six months. You will still need to sign a building contract by December 31st however this gives builders more time to start. Under the existing arrangements, site excavation works to build a new home must start within six months of contracts being signed in order to be eligible for the grant. The McGowan Government will now give homebuyers who wish to build a new home a period of one year from the time their contract is signed to commence construction.

He recently created an immersive installation inside DJ Zedd's house... in California, embedded in the wall and ceiling between the kitchen and the living room. Crafted entirely from those iconic plastic bricks, it includes Hulk Hogan, N.W.A’s Straight Outta Compton album cover, and other items of personal significance to the owner.
