25.01.2022 Whether it be bitumen or dirt, we are always racing in the biggest field at any event. I reckon Kevin Rudd is to blame. Ruddy’s $900 TV bonus was delivered 1 month after Charlie was born. Had K-Rudd delivered the bonus 12 months prior, I wonder if our Cadet 12 on bitumen or Junior Light fields on Dirt would be so big
24.01.2022 2019 Jack McCARTHY Memorial: Great field of 18 drivers last night in Junior Light. After 4 heats & a final, Charlie finished 3rd overall on points Thanks to Tatiara Karting Club for a great meet & track prep... Thanks to Kustom Karts for a great engine & chassis on rails all night Big Thanks to our all our Sponsors, all of which would not be possible without their continued Support: Autocare Mount Gambier and Ian Clark Homestyle Bakery Penrite Oil Wurth Australia

19.01.2022 Cadet 12 Final yesterday
17.01.2022 2019 Victorian Country Series - Round 3 - Cobden Again, Cadet 12 hosted the largest field with 39 entries including some of Australia's Fastest Cadet 12 drivers, with 8 entrants who all finished in the Top 20 at the Last last AKC round. It was a quality field. Extremely happy with Charlies speed in practice and qualifying, putting his Autocare Mount Gambier kart into P12 after qualifying, ahead of last years National Champion and quite a few other big AKC names.... Heat 1 & 2 did not go his way, with some assistance was pushed off track, putting him to the rear in each heat, but recovered with a P16 & P18 respectively The Final saw Charlie starting out of P29. Before the end of Lap 1, he moved up to P16, then by Lap 5 had moved up to P7. After being assisted off track again on lap 7, he dropped to P14, but recovered and cross the finish line in P12. Could have been a much different result and maybe a Top 5 or 6 finish if not assisted off track again. Extremely happy with his Autocare Mount Gambier karts speed and considering his number of passing moves over the weekend, didn't put one mark on his side pods, only lots of marks on his rear bumper !! Big thanks to Mick Gollan and MG Engines for the ever reliable power, Energy Corse Australia for their ongoing tech support and little rocket that was on rails #Fullgas Thanks to Pa John Evans for all his work on the spanners in the lead up to the weekend and over the weekend in the cold and wet conditions. Big Thanks to our all our Sponsors, all of which would not be possible without their continued Support: Autocare Mount Gambier and Ian Clark Homestyle Bakery Penrite Oil Wurth Australia Next Stop: Round 4 in Hamilton Apologies for the lack of Photos, Dad was too busy on the spanners

05.01.2022 That colour scheme ....
04.01.2022 And just like that, the 2019 season begins!! 2019 Victorian Country Series - Round 1 - Warrnambool (Windy Warrnambool) A few changes with Charlie's racing this year, stepping up into the Cadet 12 class (Ages 9 - 13), more power and more weight on the kart. With Charlie only at 9 years of age, being at the bottom age of his new class he now has the challenge of racing with much older, wiser and experienced racers, but a challenge we are looking forward to. ... No expectations in 2019 results wise, hoping to treat it as a year of learning and adapting to the new class (class of drivers), with the hope of making some Top 15 finishes and maybe some Top 10 by years end. With the largest class at the event with 36, we were extremely pleased with Charlie's results over the weekend, great start in the new class, on wards and up towards the front from here!! Qualifying: P14 out of 36 Heat 1: P11 Heat 2: P9 Final: Finished P14 only 3.6 seconds behind the winner crossing the line !!! Big thanks to Mick Gollan and MG Engines for the ever reliable power, Energy Corse Australia for their ongoing tech support #Fullgas Thanks to Pa John Evans for all his work on the spanners in the lead up to the weekend and over the weekend. Big Thanks to our Sponsors for their continued Support: Autocare Mount Gambier and Ian Clark Homestyle Bakery Penrite Oil Wurth Australia Next Stop: Round 2 in Portland!! Apologies for the lack of Photos, Dad was too busy on the spanners and drinking Coffee. Ben at Pace Images....we need you back ! Photo Credit: VCS thanks
