15.01.2022 I truly believe Jiu Jitsu is a valuable tool for men’s mental health. For thousands of years men have gathered together and hunted competitively in a tribe. The healthy competition helped the overall tribe provide food. They practiced war arts in case the tribe over the hill came and tried to kill them and steal their women, children and property. They talked shit, laughed together, cried together over their fallen, and shared problems. ... A Jiu Jitsu Academy provides the exact same mental and physical benefits we men have evolved with over many 1000’s of years. Competitive, physical war games, shit talking, laughing, crying.
