15.01.2022 Congratulations to Meredith our newest member of the month!! We are very impressed with how Meredith adapted her training this year and embraced the challenge of starting Personal Training and TEAM X. Her PT Aaron and TEAM X coach Nath both agree that her levels of strength, conditioning, technique and overall confidence in the gym has skyrocketed since starting these new programs. . "I was always nervous about doing Team X. I didnt think I would be good enough or fit enough. But I love it and would probably do another class if one were available. I would say to anyone keen to give it a try go for it!" . "I guess the fact that I have been coming for 27 years tells you how much I enjoy coming!! Taren has 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer and has been running Circuit classes, HIIT Classes, Team X sessions and 1 on 1 Personal Training all here at TEAM Fitness Centre. Exercise has always been a big part of Tarens life and he previously competed in high performance soccer leagues in Canberra with the clubs Olympic and ANU. Taren actually started out training at TEAM Fitness Centre at a young age because he was starting to fall into poor h...ealth habits after suffering a blood clot which prohibited him from doing many things. Taren was initially inspired to start a career in the fitness industry by one of the previous TEAM Fitness trainers who set him up with a training program and motivated him to learn as much as possible about getting results in the gym. .
