I no longer see those buyers who are six months to a year out from buying, Ms Murphy said. Our numbers have reduced, however the quality of people coming to inspection are the people who are ready to buy now, she added. The quality is a hundred per cent better than what it has been over the last six months. Ms Murphy sold a property to a foreign buyer who was very motivated to purchase the home regardless of the worldwide economic slowdown due to coronavirus.
