We are hoping that this year will be even bigger and better than last year! We now have a Thursday night running session for all of you locals that need to start training for it! Week 1 = Boxing (Coolie / kirra) Week 2 = Cross fit (coolie / Kirra) Week 3 = Burleigh Hill walk/run (burleigh heads) So come on down guys and have some fun while you are getting fit! ... 16.01.2022 Just a heads up people - Tomorrow nights session is nearly filled up, only two spots left! Due to the sessions using boxing and crossfit equipment, only so many people can fit in a session. In future you will have to book in to confirm your spot either by facebook or text, to Ben or Mel Thanks for all your support to Team Mel over the last year, let get this Team PUMPING in its second year!!!!!

04.01.2022 Well it's that time again folks! I've decided to enter the 5.7km race this year! I am more that happy to organise a group entry again under 'Team Mel' all we need is 20 people. You can run in any race you like - 10, half, full marathon etc. Let me know who is interested!

01.01.2022 Team Mel crew who are attending the BBQ at Allisee apartments make sure you bring your swimmers and towels as there is a heated pool, spa, sauna, tennis court all at our disposal :)) should be a nice relaxing afternoon after the race!
