22.01.2022 Round 3 of the JConcepts Summer Series was on at PHDR last night. I was running my Mugen MBX8WE nitro buggy and my Mugen MBX8 EP buggy. With the Friday night series being short and sharp you cannot drop a round or have a failure with only 1 round of qualifying and 2 final for EP counting. In EP I was able to take 1st place and in nitro buggy I was able to finish in 2nd place. 07.01.2022 Had a great day at PineHillsDirtRacing for the Brisbane Classic. After qualifying, I was P3 in Nitro and P2 in EP. In the Ep finals, I had an incredible battle with Ryan Nitschke with the ending of all 3 finals having us under a second apart. I ended in P2 In the Nitro Amain I had a great start and had a good battle with Zac Ryan and Darren Perry until I had a crash and a flameout and they gapped me. I ended in P5... Overall, I had a fun day hanging out with mates and kicking the footy. I have been working on my consistency in practise and it has paid off. 06.01.2022 The Maxima Australia Young Guns deliver great results once again!! This time in the hotly contested Brisbane Classic Series. A 6 round series, 2 tracks -with on...e high grip and one low grip, 3 rounds at each track with best 2 from each to count. This series really tested who could perform consistently and adapt to the very different track conditions the best, and the boys certainly showed their versatility. 04.01.2022 Well the Rocky Cup is over for 2020. I raced nitro buggy and EP buggy this year. After 5 rounds of qualifying I was seeded 6th overall in nitro and EP. Up first was 3x 10min EP races where I was able to finish 5th overall. In the nitro 30 min final I had a rough start but was able to finish 6th. It was a great weekend hanging out with my rc friends some I race with every week and others only a couple of times a year. It was great to see everyone again and congrats on yo...ur results.
