We as an industry can do ‘one on one’ inspections in a COVID safe way, with masks, hand sanitizer and no touching of anything inside, with the owners out of the house having a walk. 13.01.2022 Our office is shut. We are unable to meet either staff or clients at the office for any reason. We are still able to facilitate settlement of properties currently under contract. We are able to organise a contact free final inspection and handover of keys upon settlement. We will need to text or email confirmation of such events to buyers so as to be proof of such a meeting for them. ... Settlements are still proceeding. We are unable to facilitate any in person inspections of property that is currently ‘for sale’, as required by Stage 4 restriction guidelines. There will be further updates as things change / hopefully relax. At this point the above rules are in place until around the 13th of September. Please call me or DM me for any clarification.
