It's one thing to learn a skill in taekwondo, but we believe it's also crucial our students are given the opportunity to test their skills in a controlled environment. Why?... It provides instant feedback on the development of their mechanical skills. They learn to adapt and react to all of the variables in a fight. They develop decision making skills, heightened spacial awareness and quick reaction time. How does this translate to real life?
