Key responsibili...ties: Accounts receivable/Accounts Payable Maintain company trust account End to end payroll Lodging payroll tax and super contribution Preparation of BAS Prepare and maintain P&L Bank reconciliation Month end reporting/key accounts reconciliation Update and maintain Sales Master Sheet Cash flow forecasting All ad hoc duties Liaise with Vendor and Master agent for commission payment Work closely with the director in marketing budgeting Assist Sales Agents with sales and commission inquiries What we are looking for: Have at least 5 years in accounting and administration experience Microsoft office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Xero/MYOB High level of accuracy and attention to details Excellent organisation and time management skills Exceptional in writing and speaking English Real estate background is an advantage Ability to work under pressure and little supervision Mandarin speaking is a must.
