24.01.2022 Well what a day at Rd3 of Interclub sprint st SMSP North circuit, 3 of us fronted up again Myself, David Hey and Joshua Swantson. Since Rd1 we all had various upgrades added and PB's were a plenty, I added a new PB of 1:19.7, David had a PB of 1:16.1 and Josh had a PB of 1:17.7. I've always maintained the LSD is the best mod I've added the the Fiesta ST and today Josh showed it's TRUE value in nearly a 3 sec PB, I'm now the slowest of the trio lol. I can hear stage 4 calling.

22.01.2022 After a interesting email during the week from the US Fisted Motorsports is excited to announce Nitrous Express as a new sponsor, the proton fly by wire kit is a very nice fit for the Ford EcoBoost engines. Can't wait to get this dialled in.

22.01.2022 Wow what a massive day today in the Sunshine state Qld. We delievered a Topstage dry carbon dash to Byron at Tint-a-Car Milton, then took a trip up to the Sunshine Coast to check out the new OEM Denied performance headquarters. Then to finish the day off headed down to Carrara to check out a GroupN Mk1 Escort for David Hey, now sitting down enjoying a cold beer with good mates.

17.01.2022 Firstly I'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year, unfortunately I haven't had the best of starts to the year as I battle a health issue. 2019 will more then likely be a quiet year on the racing front as I concentrate on recovery. Now the good news for 2019 is FiST4D is boosting again thanks to Adam, Tony and Nath at Liverpool transmissions and Service centre. The team were excellent from diagnosis to repair and quality of workmanship was great. It did 1st appear the turbo had spat the exhaust turbine out, but in fact it had bent sideways. Anyway stock turbo went 107,000km we a lot of hard driving. Look forward to getting out boosting again with the car community. Regards Scott

12.01.2022 We took a run out today to Wallerawang cars and coffee with the RS owners Club was a great little run along Bells line of road, highlight of the day seeing a 88 Lotus Esprit turbo.

12.01.2022 With a break in racing I decided to start on working with setting up the cockpit of the FiST for racing, I started with a NRG boss kit and quick release then added a OMP super quattro wheel. with the steering sorted I moved towards the shifting side of things, running a custom collar for reverse lockout I then fitted a NRG weighted shift knob tall that allows me to shift in a seated position with no reach.

11.01.2022 What a great day at AFD Qld, took the FiST down the quarter for a 14.4 @99.85mph that's a 7mph increase from last year. Here's a video shutting out a Falcon.

09.01.2022 With some time off I decided to jump in and do some work on my brake ducting, I've been playing around with several ideas lately before deciding on this route. By chance I realised that not only can I efficiently get air to my brakes I also discovered that opening up the passage next to the IC tanks gave me another 2-3* drop in intake temps. Still some more work to be done.

08.01.2022 What a day at RTDC Rd2 Motorkhana at SMSP we had 7 Ford hot hatches turn up for the event, consisting of 4 Fiesta ST's and 3 Focus RS's. Today there was 3 new comers Mitch, Daniel and Michael, the father and son Hey family doubled entered again but in the RS this time. Everyone drove amazing today the new comers surprised with good speed from the get go showing no nerves, while the regulars layed it all on the line as usual. A standout today was 16yo Declan who layed down som...e great drifting in Dads RS, the senior Hey may have been higher on the board but Declan showed great skill and his driving has really improved. But the star of the day was Josh Swanston loaded with a LSD he simply put in a amazing driving display to head the hot hatch pack, I knew he was keen for a big day after his 6.30am phone call to me asking about tyre pressures. 03.01.2022 Installed the Peron intake during the week and have to say probably should've installed it sooner, car holds boost for that little big longer. My previous vents for my old intake setup now directly expose the Peron filter, not to rain friendly but nothing race tape cant fix.
