21.01.2022 :'( Stage 3 Restrictions to start again as of tomorrow. This means there will be no more group sessions, but you can still book in 1 on 1 sessions. The cost for these sessions will be $30 for 1 hour or $50 per week for 2 weekly sessions.... Join the group " Teamfit Community" to book in your times or to see updates from me, otherwise send a message on Facebook or 0401 721 240 to book any sessions

20.01.2022 We are back! Starting from tomorrow outdoor PT sessions are back on. 1 on 1 and 2 on 1 training is now allowed Join the Facebook group " Teamfit Community" to book in sessions and stay up to date with new announcements.
