04.01.2022 Im proud to announce the winner of our first ever TEAM FLEXTREME 12 Week Comp Prep Challenge. Congratulations Ryan Russell who showed us all that absolutely nothing can stand in the way of your goals and dreams. Ryan made a promise to himself to win this competition from the very date it kicked off, and he absolutely busted his balls day in and out to make sure he finished off this challenge in first position.
