08.01.2022 As the old saying goes "fail to prepare, and prepare to fail". 80% is about the fuel you're loading your body with... so taking those 10mins to prepare your food in advance makes a big differences. It's summer, it's hot, I want something tasty and not boring for breakfast, so this is my go to: 100g of oats (dial up/down depending on your own macros) 1/2 cup of frozen berries... Almonds Cinnamon Sugar free maple syrup Soaked in almond milk (just enough to cover the oats) Throw in the fridge overnight, and let that bad boy soak. Upping the fats? Use coconut milk instead of almond milk or Greek yoghurt on top to serve. Enjoy! PS. I usually throw down an omelette or protein shake with this. #teamfox #fitness #nutrition

01.01.2022 Struggling to grow your weak points? Focusing on hitting the muscle groups two or three times a week with a range of exercises and movements, reps and set ranges. For me, I've always struggled building up my back. I find pausing and squeeze the muscles on contraction really helps to increase the intensity of the workout and DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness).
