25.01.2022 On behalf of Janelle, Cooper and myself, I would like to thank the Team Madison boys for offering to attend the 2019 Qld Variety Bash in my absence and continue the support of young children of Qld. Thank you for promoting Madison’s name throughout the Bash, it means more than you know. We were disappointed that Brent Williams was unable to go at the last minute due to personal family circumstances, but we thank you for your love and support mate. I also want to acknowledg...e that this year’s team was made up of some new acquaintances and I think you blokes did an amazing job of gelling as a team. Our family appreciates your support and friendship, we love you fairies We would like to thank our sponsors for their support this year, we couldn’t make a difference without you and once the final amounts are deposited, Team Madison will have raised somewhere around $65,000.00. A fantastic result which will hopefully enable us to do something very cool a bit later in the year (We’ll keep posted on this one). Thank you to Graham and Nikki for their generous hospitality in Mackay. A very special thank you goes to Peter Carrie Anne Bretherton for arranging the visit to Madison’s garden in Emerald, the Bash cars who made the detour to spend time with the St Patricks children on the day. 03.01.2022 The Amazing people who visited my little girls garden in Emerald

02.01.2022 So Bands for Butterflies is done and dusted for another year, and what a success it was. An estimated 400+ people showing up to support a charity event in honour of our beautiful daughter. Janelle and I are truly humbled by the level of compassion from you amazing people, we cannot thank you enough for your generosity and the kindness you’ve shown toward something so close to our hearts. Thank you to the bands and sound & lighting, for jumping onboard so quickly when we flo...ated the idea of doing this again. Thank you to our friends and family, for your support with organising and setting up this event. Some of whom travelled huge distances to help on the day, only to have the big drive home again today. Thank you to Damon Harris, for once again providing your amazing property for this event, and for continuing to support our family. We are truly privileged to have you as a friend. Thank you to our friends and sponsors who provided the amazing auction items and donations for our raffles, they were once again a big hit. Congratulations to all our raffle winners and thank you to those who bought our auction items, we hope you enjoy them. Thank you to every person that shared and promoted this event, the crowd yesterday was evidence of your effort. A big thank you to Chris Parsons for taking time out of his busy schedule to MC our little event, you definitely added a level of professionalism to the atmosphere we were trying to achieve. A special mention goes out the food vendors who were such a pleasure to deal with. What an amazing job they did to keep up with that size crowd. Thank you to everyone (including my wife) for putting up with my obsessive compulsive visions of how I wanted things to be, and apologies if I seemed difficult at times Well I just looked back and realised how long this post is....so I’ll finish by saying if you were part of Bands for Butterflies this year and I haven’t mentioned you here, please don’t think I don’t appreciate anything you may have done to make this a success.
