15.01.2022 COMP PREP TIP #1 When you're getting ready for a show, it's handy to know a few different tips and tricks that will help make the process that little bit easier. During my final 8 weeks of competition preparation I began to really struggle with hunger until I stumbled upon these bad boys. Ladies and gents, meet Spud Lite. These little gems have 1/3 of the carbs of normal potatoes which means you can eat an incredible volume of them whilst staying within your macronutrient li...mitations. Some days I consumed anywhere from 600g - 1000g of these which increased the satiety of my meals 10 fold. Here I've compared them with your typical supermarket packet rice. As you can see, you can eat 4.5 times as much which will make any athlete happy ;) Spud Lite (per 100g) - 50 Calories - 0g Fat - 8.9 Carbs (1.4g Fibre) - 1.4g Protein Coles Jasmine Rice (per 100g) - 186 Calories - 1.2g Fat - 41.2g Carbs (1.9g Fibre) - 3.4g Protein *Cooking Tip: Coat in smoked paprika, cumin and a little rock salt. Bake at 180oC for 30mins.

07.01.2022 3 MORE DAYS! The ACT INBA State Championships are just around the corner! Tonight is the FINAL posing class of Season B and it will be running out of Gold's Gym Gungahlin.... Men's Fitness from 6.30pm Men's Body Building from 7.15pm In tonight's final class we will touch on quarter turns and compulsory poses but will spend the majority of time polishing up on transitions and making sure that you're engaging the judges/crowd at all times. $15 per participant.
