25.01.2022 WOW. What can I say other than thank you We have done our best day, day in day out and I couldn’t have achieved anything without this amazing team.. We've moved forward in leaps and bounds this year and to these legends have a happy and safe Christmas with your loved ones and an even bigger New Years party ... 09.01.2022 I was reminded today to ensure I reached out to each and every person we work with and ensure they know just how appreciative we are for your results and support. It would take me a far while to acknowledge everyone we personally worked with and or engaged with. Looking at the diversity of people we guide and strategise with is really next level ... We usually run into people on their last opportunity ( so they perceive) to evolve or move forward, that’s far from the truth because there are so many ways to surround the dragon. This year our message was very simple It’s time to permanently EVOLVE I sincerely hope that all of our communities that we work with below have the most outstanding holiday period. The deaf community - wow what a year of results and outcomes Our business clients - I love this space, I also loved how you guys have let me all the way in. Our referrals for labels and trauma I am so very proud of how each and everyone of you that had results showed up so thank you Our online community thank you for the challenge and support this year - we get so much love because our message is imperfect and we are accessible. 08.01.2022 Avoidance is a beautiful thing. How can I possibly say that? Well if you look closely at the benefits to avoidance I completely get why people RUN as opposed to facing what needs to be overcome. ... If you are avoiding some very simple things like tough conversations, your phone, your boss, your health and fitness then you may want to ask yourself some new questions. The questions I ask myself when I feel like I want to avoid is What are the benefits to facing this? When I face this what will I learn? By facing this what will it do for me emotionally? The best time to train is when you do not feel like it.
