08.01.2022 TEAM SPARTA is open for business. ***OPEN WEEK*** What this means is all classes will be completely free of charge. Obviously with restrictions still in place we are limited with classes we can offer. Kids classes are going ahead as normal with no restrictions in place for people 18 and under. ... Only the 1 Kids BJJ class for opening week will be available until numbers increase and we can seperate the age groups. We will be running adults BJJ with solo drills and distancing measures in place and have already capped maximum numbers due to high demand of interest. The adults MMA and Freestyle Wrestling classes are postponed until the 13th of July when all restrictions get lifted and adults can go back to their normal lifestyles.
