24.01.2022 Tuesday night training, we had a few missing through illness and work but still a fabulous turnout. We had a huge core building session followed by some pretty specky tech sparring. Our minis jumped in the ring for their first shoulder touch rounds under the expert tutelage of coach Janine. Love your work team.

The Hit Man came away with a huge UD Win and Bad Intentions dropped a razor thin split decision against a much bigger opponent in a fight he took on less than two weeks notice. 19.01.2022 What a year!! Even with the challenges of Covid making life hard for everyone STRYKA still managed to compete in over 30 bouts spread across 5 promotions and 3 different disciplines. Add to that over 1000 hours of community service, 30+ tonnes of firewood cut & delivered and some 40 odd care packages provided to the most vulnerable members of our community free of charge and we’re feeling very proud of what this amazing team has achieved during these difficult times.
