Emotions s...tored in the body can be so harmful. But they definitely don't have to stay there. Releasing the wild woman...which im proud to say is no longer scary. As i know her and I've peeled back so many layers and done a lot of healing and self discovery...I know who she is and i know what will come out. See more

12.01.2022 Feeling contemplative... We are in the 2nd month of winter. Yesterday I'm in a jacket in Byron (a little windy)... today I'm in shorts and a singlet. As my fri...ends are scraping ice off their windows I realize that I have manifested a great life. I'm happy, living in a warm climate in Byron Shire. I'm up to date with my courses. Currently now I am just focusing on the future I can create for myself. Tomorrow will be 1 year since I've moved here. I'm loving it and I'm following my dreams which are materializing. Watch this space...I'm currently creating a program how you to can live your dream life too

09.01.2022 This morning I cleared some beliefs that no longer serve me. 2 from my past lives, 1 from my genealogical line. ... Healing and acceptance of the family lines is so important to me. There are so many places where our beliefs come from. I also integrated 2 parts of myself which were in conflict. I use language and techniques to allow you to create the life you would like to be living and let go of that which no longer serves you. I feel so good right now to take on the world. Lots of Love

04.01.2022 Day 7 Timeline Therapy. Today is Timeline Therapy day. I love it... Already knowing this and being able to assist has been an amazing experience. ... Being able to remove negative beliefs from my subconscious is life changing. I'm focussing on changing my limiting beliefs about myself, relationships and life. Im healing to be a better version of myself than i was yesterday. Because I enjoy learning and discovering. And letting go of limiting beliefs enables me to become clearer and create a different life for myself. While I have been challenged with many different experiences in my life it allows me to have a deeper understanding and thirst for knowledge. I'm surprised with how from my first post to this post how dramatically different they are. I'm more open and willing to share. NLP is a game changer.
