22.01.2022 Having a minor melt down as the reality sets in that this will be my last week of trading before I take some time off to bring a little babe into the world. I've been hairdressing full time from the age of 17, never having longer than 2 weeks off at a time. I really love my job and I really love my clients, i see some of you more than I see some of my closest friends and I feel like I got some really strong relationships with you all. I just want to thank you all for your ...love and loyalty throughout all of my lifes adventures, some of you ive been seeing for 9+years and can't wait for the next 9 to roll over. As promised I will be back as soon as my body allows me and I can work out a healthy work/mum balance. Another promise is that there are some more exciting changes coming to tease by jess. These will be announced in the near future, ive just got to keep a lid on it a little while longer. 02.01.2022 HAVE YOU HEARD? WE'RE MOVING SALONS!!! After just over 3 years in our current location i have made the decision to relocate my business to a home based salon. (Not to far, just of deakin ave) If lockdown and covid has taught me anything its that there needs to be a good balance between home and work life (especially with our bambino on the way), so by moving the salon to home I get the best of both worlds. ... WHAT THIS MEANS FOR US ALL I will be able to return to work much sooner than anticipated There will be more flexibility when it comes to appointment times and days We can continue to offer current competitive pricing on all services Same professional service, with no changes to product quality Brand new trendy furniture and fresh finnishes Customer loyalty remains with keeping my books closed to new clients until further notice New loyalty program Phone lines remain the same. 5051 9418 or 0450 033 622 I understand this change will not be suitable for everyone, though I will make mention that the salon has its own external entrance, meaning that noone will have to enter the main body of the house and it will have the same salon feel. As always, health and safety guidelines will be in place (following government standards) and adheard to at all times. I will announce both our new address and my return to work date when my body has recovered from birth. Before I go I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of my clients over the past 3 years for supporting my business, I obviously could not have done it without you all.
