It has been a challenging year to say the least but with such a wonder client base, turned friends and family, we've come out the other end, and are jumping into 2021 with big plans for the future ... 15.01.2022 From 2021 the glass sliding doors will be locked after our rolldown & warm up. Previously I have waiting those extra few minutes to allows clients to arrive. Many of which, either do not turn up or disrupt the class when showing late and joining class. In respect to other clients, I have made the decision to lock the doors, resulting in late arrivals forfeiting their session.... If you know you will be late, message me. I am more than happy to give the class notice and leave the closest Reformer to the door available for you, so to minimise any class disruptions. If this is a regular occurrence you will be asked to reasses the times you're booking your classes. With our new timetable and time allocated between classes for cleaning, I will no longer be able to wait for late arrivals. Classes need to be starting on time for the timetable to run smoothly. I appreciate everyone's understanding of this new policy and thank you all for your continued support over 2020.

12.01.2022 We have some very exciting news to share You’ve heard me whisper about our upcoming new Pilates Teacher I introduce you to Rose <3 This gorgeous lady has been a Moranbah local for 2 years. She has 5 wonderful kids, a very kind a nurturing soul and loves to help others around her.... Rose absolutely loves Pilates and what it has to offer. Her first class broke down that sense of fear in joining a group class environment, realising that Pilates isn’t about others around you and focuses more on your own bodies movement and working within your individual capabilities. Looking for something to fill her time outside of being a Rockstar Mum, Rose enquired about becoming a Pilates Instructor and sharing her new-found love of movement. Rose is about to sit her Anatomy & Matwork practical section of her course. Can we all please get behind Rose and wish her well on this section of her studies. Once completed we will be offering some FREE small group matwork classes in the studio, supervised by myself and no more than 4 to a class. My reasons for offering this as a free service: I want to give Rose the opportunity to practice and apply the method & technique she has been working so hard on. This will also allow Rose to slowly build these skills that she will then apply to the REFORMER component of her course in early March. Super excited to have another equipment instructor in the studio!!! Another instructor means more classes for our wonderful community of equipment Pilates lover’s at Teaser Pilates
