14.01.2022 Dear Value Customer, Tea Smith would like to take this opportunity to clarify the freshness and safety of our drinks. Brown Sugar is one of the best sale drink in our shop. Some customer feedback say that they find some milk curdle in the drink and worry that it's rotten.... 1. We use long life milk and they are 1 Liter package. We use more than 10 packs a day. Even we have one opened at night before we close, it will definitely be finished the next day morning when we opened. The consumption are very high that it won't least us until the expiry date/ 7 days after open. We also keep the opened Milk in the fridge with the temperature below 4 degree. 2.The milk curdle is from the whipping cream. In Brown Sugar drink, we not only use the milk, but with some whipping cream as well. We mix them in a jar with a spoon. Therefore, some of the cream may not dissolved completely and make it looks like milk curdle and off. 3. Some customers may be sensitive to the whipping cream, please feel free to tell our staff and we can make your drink just with Full cream milk.
