23.01.2022 Happy New Year! To my new & exisitng clients please read the following, Due to personal reasons Teaze is having a change of opening hours & policies. These changes are to ensure all clients have a fair salon booking system & no shows/late cancellations are reduced to avoid anyone missing out on an appointment time they could have had. This is to make booking fair on clients & the business. ... Opening Hours (By Appointment Only) Tuesday: 10am-2pm Wednesday: 10am-2pm Thursday: 10am-2pm & 4.30pm-7pm Friday: 10am-2pm & 4.30pm-9pm A $20 transfer deposit is required to secure all bookings. Booking is not confirmed until transfer receipt has been provided. The $20 is inclusive of the total service amount & is not an added fee. The $20 deposit will be forfeited if your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the allocated time, as a small business without the luxury of walk-by traffic this is a necessary amount of notice needed to re-fill the appointment time. Dramatic colour changes/long processes will require a split appointment on a Thursday or Friday which will be 10am-2pm then 4.30pm-onwards. Thank you for your understanding & I look forward to seeing you in salon this year!
