25.01.2022 As online bookings become increasingly popular, we thought we would share a video on how to make one correctly :) In order for us to accomodate your booking correctly, there are a few things that we ask of you when booking an appointment online. 1.All colour services require a Style-cut or Blow-dry finish to be booked at the time of your online booking selection.... 2. All Balayage or foil services require a toner. Simply select toners and choose your length hair. If you are ever stuck on what to book just select what you think you may need, making sure to also add in a toner if required and cut or blow-dry option. You will also notice that a 50% booking fee is asked to secure your booked services. This isn't an extra charge and is just there to make sure your appointment is secured just for you and will come off your services on the day of your appointment . 14.01.2022 Christmas is fast approaching and we have very limited appointments left for 2020. When you book an appointment at Teaz Hair we allocate that time specially for you. When you fail to not show up or cancel on the day of your appointment we are unable to fill the appointment last minute. Unfortunately we have had several no shows this week by exisiting customers we take deposits from all new guests to secure the appointment and we may have to introduce this to existing clie...nts as well in the new year. It’s such a shame to have to do this but when we allocate time for you, your stylist has time set aside to look after you. We send a confirmation text 48hrs before your booking and are happy to cancel or reschedule when you get that message, we understand things come up but please show us the courtesy of letting us know, please don’t confirm if your not going to show. If you fail to show to an appointment we will be unable to book you in again without a 50% charge paid for the previous booking and a non refundable booking fee to secure the appointment. We have had to turn people away that would have loved the opportunity for some amazing hair! I hope you can all understand. Tegan
