11.01.2022 Well it can happen to me. Good on you Telstra!!! Fault reported on Sunday 21st October at 3:13pm. INT 1-1732335068055. NBN internet connection is continually dropping. Approximately 34 times a day. Modem changed three times. Copper cable connection tested to NBN Pillar equipment by Private Telecommunication Technician. Everything tests good to there. Fault located to NBN Fibre to the Node Equipment. NBN Port faulty high-pitched noise and some sort of line impedance mismatch. ...Tested a few other ports also the same. Ports that are working you hear normal data white noise. NBN c-pair failure and port change required! Customer has not been updated or advised. Customer has to ring back on Tuesday 23/10/2018 4:30pm only to be told that NBN Co attended on Sunday 21st of October 2018 at 8pm and advised Telstra, that No Fault Found. When fault was logged on Sunday 21st Customer was advised that appointment had been made for Tuesday 23/10/2018 between 12 and 4pm. This appointment was not kept, No one came or telephoned. When Telstra was queried they advised NBN had been out only a few hours after the fault was logged. This is an absolute lie as no one came to house and no one was visible at NBN Co. Fibre to Node Cabinet which was visible about 400 metres away. After making formal complaint to Telstra that Service is still dropping, they submitted Complaint. SR- 1-735812252740 a proper fault number given INC: 000009701302 TTA.
