25.01.2022 WOOHOO - Just finished changing desk setup at home for my webdesign services. Way more comfy as i can spend up to 12 hours a day doing it. Got delivered today a third screen, the other two bought over the last month (all thin bezel units) and a stand for them all. Now i can do hours of website design without getting a sore neck and more space on the desk now. With new keyboard/mouse and headphones that are really loud i am all set.

Example: If your pc fails during the 5 years with you bringing in your pc for its yearly service we will replace the parts... under warranty. This means that every 12 months that you bring the pc in for a service you extend the warranty for another year or until the warranty is used. This could end up being a newer technology system after the warranty replacement. Once you have used the warranty on any computer system it is no longer valid. and is considered finished. Covid slowed us right down however we are back to giving away refurbished tech to those we can. This will be the second full pc package this year for xmas, a laptop and 5 iPads as well as 6 mobile phones. We have one pc package left to be selecting a needy family on the 21st for xmas. Remember any old computer systems or laptops can be dropped off to us for us to refurbish and give to those in need. 17.01.2022 Technogeek takes keys for the other suite in our building tomorrow at 10am. We will have all the left side upstairs. Over 80m2. New layout from Monday. Waiting room will become the reception room for all client book in and pickups. Right side new premises will become the office, in here we will do all our website services as well as any meetings with clients. Left suite will now be purely a workshop.... All will be fully airconditioned. Note if lights to reception are off and door closed we have had to go out for stock we need to pickup asap or the odd onsite that cannot be performed after 5:30pm. On any Windows 10 pc we can try a windows repair, if that does not work we can try a reset of windows if your version of windows allows this (this will remove all programs installed however it does keep all your data). If neither of those work than we will need to do a full data save, reformat drive, repartition drive, install windows, customise, all latest updates, all latest drivers, copy saved data back. Lenovo is a new flex unit we have sold and are setting up, turns into a tablet with a 360’ fold screen. Leader laptop is getting all data taken out and transferred to an external USB drive and other laptop is an insurance claim liquid spill. Apple had data recovery done due to drop off desk.

06.01.2022 *update* The electricians still need to add 3 more dedicated power points into the premises to handle the loads i run however it has been setup that i can run the systems i require at this time. Hopefully this week will get the power finally sorted. This will unfortunately mean needing to close again for a day to allow them to do all thier work. *Update - Switchboard has been replaced and mains upgraded. Now waiting for tuesday 6th for suites to have power points tested to m...ake sure they work with no issues and can cope with loads that will be placed on them. Still waiting on stock to arrive to replace all our systems that were damaged. It will take us 3-4 days to build and setup every pc and tests systems so will be busy next week with that. Expected to be open on Monday the 12th. *Update - Booked in for the 29th to have switchboard replaced and mains from street updated. Building will be closed for all businesses on that day. Expect another 1-2 weeks after that as we will need to get all our damaged equipment replaced ($11400 worth, includes 3 powerful computers that were damaged, high end router, our high end 2 in 1 laptop) under landlords insurance , order and receive stock and rebuild everything and setup all systems again before we can take any jobs.* Due to power issues in the building and all my electronic equipment being affected and damaged i am having to close until the switch board has been completely replaced. Been having issues since February with power going off completely a day to constant resets. We have lost over $5000 maybe $9000 once i can check it all worth of equipment on top of some customer drives we need to pay to get data recovered with the issues and what made it worse was energex on Monday night at 6pm deciding to turn off the building power supply earlier than they said they would before i got in to turn everything off. That really killed some items. Lost modem (high end) , Our customer data and recovery i7 pc, my front pc all drives, 24 point switch, NAS Drive maybe 2 with all our years of tech files, Dell Xeon Server, 5 customers laptop drives that were all plugged in transferring data and now will not even read in recovery software and i am not happy that my 2x 10TB purple WD drives have been constantly reset and are only 6 months old (no idea how long they will last or when i might get issues with them, our tests cannot tell us that info) as well as a few other items. Surge boards do not help when power is going on and off through the week and than after months of that to get it just turned off in the middle of everything running. Not Happy

You still have a few days if your family is in need or you know a family who is. We are adding a Colour multifunction unit and Wii unit to our i7 PC Package. Remember that we will be offering iPads, Tablets, Laptop and Computers all through the year as... we receive these donations and refurbish them all. We change all the drives on any laptop or desktop pc we give out to new Solid State Drives to really speed up the performance and add new life to these systems. Swapped out the old 250gb hdd with a new black edition 500gb (wish it could be an ssd but we have run out) and changed the 1gb ram to 4gb as well as win10 instead of win7. The iPad has been reset and ready to go. We are looking through our list of families to see who we can give them to before Xmas. Thanks lots to the person who donated them.
