Christmas is coming faster than you think and it’s time ...to get your menu organised! Salt Kitchen Charcuterie has teamed up with Wilson's Fruit and Vegetables to offer some tips on how to make Christmas Day a bit easier. This year we will be hosting an event at Housey Housey on Armstrong St Nth, Ballarat. Let us be your guide to carving that ham as well as offering a few other morsels you can have on your Christmas dinner table. Your experience will include a demonstration by Salt Kitchen’s Mick Nunn as he walks you through a few ways to prepare a ham. Mick will cover everything from, how to glaze a ham, how long to cook it for, some options to serve with it and tips to make your Christmas day a tasty one. How much for a ticket: $25 per person Where: Housey Housey by The Forge, 12 Armstrong Street Nth, Ballarat When: 3 sessions, same day 11am, 1pm and 3pm on 18th November 2017. Tickets limited to 20 per session. Sessions will go for about 40 mins.
