11.01.2022 Shout out to iPhone 5 users - make sure to update your iPhone to iOS version 10.3.4 before Nov 3. If you don't update your iPhone before then, you run the risk of not being able to use the App Store, Email, iCloud, Safari and other features. To check the software version on your iPhone, go to Settings, tap General and then About. Look for "Software version" - it should be 10.3.4. To update your iPhone, go to Settings, tap Software Update and follow the prompts.

10.01.2022 Reminder: Don't click on links sent to you via SMS or Email One of our customers reported this NAB scam to us, uncertain whether it was legit or not. On first look, the URL in the text message looks fine... however, on closer inspection, it's actually fraudulent. The resultant website is a dead ringer for the actual NAB website (don't visit the site please, it's not safe)... ... Always use your own bookmarks and when in doubt, give us a call. Better safe than sorry!
