21.01.2022 So Commander support refuse to create a ticket / case to investigate an issue where a customers actual NBN Speed and Sync speed on the router has more than halved in speed. I have screenshots from the 6th October showing the service running at 93 / 24 and an email from a Commander representative confirming the service was on an appropriate plan and connected at an appropriate speed. Currently it is running at 32 / 19... Commander support state this is the maximum speed for the area...So why was it running twice as fast only 2 months ago? Why is there an Aussie Broadband working alongside at 84 / 32 right now? 19.01.2022 I don't understand why desktops and laptops are still sold with mechanical hard drives - TechTopia replaces them constantly. Sata and M.2 SSD drives are much faster 500-600MB/S NVMe drivers are about 5 times faster than M.2 and Sata and is the mainstream standard.... Then there is this It's around 2-3 times faster again which is insane.

You will need to get in touch with him and get him to fix it. Sorry our IT guy couldn’t work it out and finally did" No contact details provided and no actual description on what the issue was or could be.... 10.01.2022 An elderly lady was scammed out of approx $100k in Bitcoin. Police can not pursue this any further as the communication was over WhatsApp who refuse to co-operate due to privacy concerns. This is where end user privacy and encryption takes on the Australian Government and other Governments who need greater power.... There are no winners in this situation.
