25.01.2022 Using course data at any race in important, the worlds in Bergen Norway is no exception. With a circuit that has been known for 12 months, its been easy to create scenarios for both the time trails and road races. 14.01.2022 Are all watts the same? When looking at power files should allowances be made for the power produced over different terrains and in different circumstances? Take this example ... 65 kg rider Day 1 The rider rides for 20 minutes at 330 watts on a flat road Day 2 The rider rides for 20 minutes at 380 watts on a 5% incline Day 3 The rider rides for 20 minutes at 350 watts on a flat road with cadence 10 rpm below optimum Are you able to analyze the 3 files and determine the benefits of these sessions towards a goal? All watts are not equal Are your files being checked each day? Do you have feedback on power trends and development? Ask TECO Training to look at your files, get the most from your investment
