20.01.2022 Yesterday on the 11th November, Tecside Group's Corporate office representatives Amber Winfield, Bruce J. Comrie and Jacinta Matthews proudly attended local Beananging Kwuurt Institute to join in its flag raising ceremony and celebrations during NAIDOC Week. Operating since the 1930's Beananging Kwuurt Institute is a non-profit Aboriginal organisation located in Queens Park Western Australia who offer emergency relief for families in the community who are experiencing hardshi...p. Along with the significance of Remembrance Day the institute ran a touching ceremony in which stories were shared of local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who like so many sacrificed to go to war, to fight for our country. We were privileged to be able to plant a tree on the grounds, as well as witness the grand opening of the Beananging Kwuurt Op-Shop.
