Footy is back but it will be a bit different for us as we abide by some return to play regulations. *Our canteen will not be open so BYO coffee and snacks... *Players BYO drink bottle to leave with coaches with name clearly marked on it *Changerooms will be closed so players arrive ready to play *Spectators are not allowed on the playing surface. Sorry no gathering at huddles during breaks *Please abide by social distancing rules at all times It's great to be back but we must do our part to stop the spread so please respect each other and these changes. See you at the footy!

25.01.2022 Important Announcement Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic as directed by AFL Gippsland our football season has been suspended until at least 2nd May with this date to be reviewed on or before 12th April. Training across all ages will also be suspended until further notice. Sunday jumper presentation has been cancelled.... It a real shame for everyone but in the interest of looking out for the community it's a call that had to be made.

24.01.2022 Next season will be a whole lot brighter with the news that Old Trafford is amongst several ovals getting upgraded lighting. Thanks to Latrobe City and State Government Funding and to all those who worked on the submission. No more training nights in near darkness!

22.01.2022 We are missing the footy and missing seeing you guys around the club. When it stops raining, try this at home to keep your skills sharp and stop the boredom.

22.01.2022 It was fun while it lasted. We are glad we got some footy in. Thanks to the Tedas committee, coaches and support, team managers, players and parents for getting the teams back on the field. From Wed training and playing is off for the time being.... Such a shame, but we have to get this pandemic under control and our lives back to some sort of normal.

21.01.2022 Flashback Thursday tonight in LV Express. Some big scores here by the boys. Who can name some players in the team's?

20.01.2022 Under 14 training tonight cancelled.

16.01.2022 So a return to footy bought out the real footy weather. Round 1 at home and the Under 8's started the day in fog, U10's and U12's got the rain, U14's got the mud and U16's finished the day in slippery conditions. Hope everyone had a fun day though and it's good to have footy back.

14.01.2022 Watch our boys run out through the banner at the start of this report. Go Tiges!

07.01.2022 Just in from AFL Gippsland. Some signs of hope for our footy families. Season Status On Sunday 12 April, the Victorian Government announced that the State of Emergency declared last month has been extended until midnight 11 May 2020 to continue the measures designed to ‘flatten the curve’ of coronavirus and give our health system the best chance of managing the virus.... The State of Emergency was originally due to expire on 13 April. It is expected that Stage 3 restriction will be in place until at least 11 May in line with this announcement. As a result, AFL Gippsland will be extending the date for the earliest commencement of a season to 31 May. This extension would allow for close to a three week lead in providing an appropriate wind back of restrictions is in place as of 12 May. It is our intention to play football and netball at some stage in 2020 and this is the basis of our ongoing operational and budgetary planning across a range of season start date scenarios. We are currently working with local councils and cricketing bodies to explore ground availability and season length options. A club survey will be released for all Gippsland clubs in the next fortnight to assist us with this planning.

05.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT: On Monday night, representatives from all TDJFL clubs met and unanimously voted in favour of a change to all age groups. From 2021 onwards, the T...DJFL will consist of u9s, u11s, u13s and u15s. This is an exciting step forward for the TDJFL and a change that will hopefully see longevity and sustainability in this junior league. See more

04.01.2022 Get excited! Our shortened season is locked in and a fixture will be out shortly with Round 1 being Sunday 12th July. With that in mind we need helpers please to put our goal posts up this Friday at 4pm.... It's a quick job with plenty of helpers so bring a shovel and spanners and get them up for the kids to kick some goals. Go Tedas!

04.01.2022 Good article in today's Herald Sun about old Tedas boy Tim Membrey and he gave the club a mention.
