19.01.2022 Level 4 Spiral Acceptance and Love The ability to be ok with oneself, others and the present situation A sense of interconnected oneness and non separation. ... Clearing any stories that I need to be this or do that to get love + acceptance. I need to put others first then I will be deserving of love. You could witness it as easily as seeing do you say where you wanna go for dinner when asked in a group ... are you the last to speak if at all ? What’s up with that? What’s playing out underneath the surface? By clearing the old stories, things we may of been taught from mum / grandma / school ... Be a good girl do this and then you get love Don’t be bad girl by doing that you won’t get love. After clearing this level I felt the love, gratitude and grief of my break up move through me, my heart cracking open and memories flooding through me. Letting the tears flow and allowing the energy to be moved through my body, afterwards feeling so thankful for it all. Using the Spiral and this clearing is such a beautiful way to process this energy and I’m so grateful to have this tool to help the emotions move through (not get bottled down and trying to get on with it but secretly destroyed) Sometimes it’s not time that heals wounds but healing the wound itself. 19.01.2022 It’s true I have found time and time again with myself and all my clients ... That when the healing work is done on the internal things ... they way you think about yourself the way you feel about yourself then life / work / people change too For instance: A client of mine who was really struggling and was ready to change life; she had never had a legal job and tried to commit suicide; after working with me she felt more confident in herself and got a job within the time we were working together & went on to grow into a manager role within 6 months and attracted a lovely partner. Now this doesn’t mean ALL her problems are gone. This shows that when the internal world shifts the external world will also shift. 15.01.2022 A few weeks ago I did a ceremony with the intention of being like a cutting away anything and everything that was keeping the identity of Teddi in place .. imprisoned, held, stabilised in old thoughts, habits, ways of being ... keeping me small holding me back from my full mission. Calling in the WARRIORESS QUEEN COURAGE What was revealed was times from when I was a little girl, where I had the experience of being abandoned, I cared for, unwanted ... My heart was deeply hurt and became bitter, resentful even. ( as a projector when I’m specifically resentful / bitter - it puts me out of alignment and power ! Interesting ) Tears streaming down my face Heart hurting It felt natural to curl inward, to retract and withdraw ... And then I had a thought What if I did the opposite ? What if I leant in Sat up straight Chest and heart forward Chin up full face of tears streaming down Baring all I can be proud in who I am in all states I can be strong and hold myself even in this way energy It felt strange It felt empowering Then everything shifted with that It felt like I entered a place of gold stillness and a sense of peace and clarity washed over me Then the integration afterwards The real work grounding into reality Bringing it through in actions Ohhhhhhh Fuuuuu@@@$$$$!!!! Major things that had been stable in my life proceeded to crumble and burn 1 of them being my shop @trashbyronbay being told it was time to move on by mid dec, the craziest time of year right ?! ( since then I have levelled up in business a lot, taking responsibility especially for $$ things that I had buried my head in the sand about because of being overwhelmed, does anyone else do that when their overwhelmed ?!) 08.01.2022 I’ve had so many ladies tell me that they were visited by me in their dreams this week ... I get told this a lot by women who work with me, that they had a dream before they started to work with me, like their higher self was showing them their ready to take action on their healing now. 06.01.2022 When I said I was going to Romania and staying vegan a lot of ppl were adamant I couldn’t survive there what are you going to eat ?! Well it was amazing !! ... Through these small old towns with horse and carts still trundling the streets ... I found fresh picked berries, mushrooms, fruits everywhere at these lil roadside stalls Eating simple salads + sunflower seeds my tummy was content I have found that by committing to this for my body to be high vibrational and for me to have and eat what I truly want it changed so much more then just food .. I broke through the aversion to being annoying, difficult, demanding I choose what I REALLY wanted and if it wasn’t it I said NO - no settling I got a lot more adventurous, travelling the world and looking for the BEST places to eat got me seeing way more of where I was - thanks @happycow app lifesaver! I ended up eating here at more fresh local produce, fruit vege - my body has way more energy cut down on a lot of plastic waste because majority of bought things have egg / milk in them cut down on so much artificial / preservatives / toxic msg - my body has a chance to detox and heal aka I will be healthier for longer ( older Teddi is giving me a high five rn ) Now ... This is a GO VEGAN or your a person post ( you know the self righteous vegan that has to tell the world ?! Yeah that’s exactly why I didn’t do it ... I didn’t want to be THAT person ... and by having a aversion to be being THAT person it was controlling what I put in my body - ultimately I actually didn’t want it in there but I was too cruisy is to commit ) I get that it’s not going to be the best diet for EVERYONE Epigenetic’s right ?! We all have different make up We all have freedom to choose FULLY RESPECT THAT! I’m stoked that I had these cool lifestyle and internal shifts happen from experiencing this myself and wanted to share how something like this can create growth + empowerment + confidence!
