24.01.2022 Morning all, Fortnightly update, Some more updated technical requests by AEMO - goal kicker lined up to kick the ball between the goalposts.... Bugger! Ball bounced of the goalpost. Only a point. Getting ready to kick again, hopefully better news next fortnight with a teal score! Patience the main ingredient now. Back to you in a fortnight - have a good week!

24.01.2022 I am writing again, this long drawn out saga, certainly wearying and costly to us and a delay to everyones expectations. I dont enjoy asking you to be patient but we are hamstrung by the new and changing rules tied to the bureaucracy around renewables. (read between the lines - the national stage with the politics around energy and climate change). Thanks for your patience we are closer to receiving the AEMO letter, it is the key for restarting the project.... Have a great weekend!

23.01.2022 Some FAQ about the project... When is the building going to commence? We have already commenced, but actual construction of the panel racking begins mid 2017.... How many will be employed? The expected local workforce is expected to be around 100 Who will the actual employer be? The employer for the construction workforce is Conecon Australia - working through a local labour hire company. Conecon are design and construction specialists. Who owns the project? Currently the project is a joint-venture between local company GetGreen and Hareon Australia, with capital provided by Hareon Solar Australia. Who owns the land? The land is owned by Powerlink and surplus to their needs. It was previously privately leased to farmers and Teebar Clean Energy made a lease offer that provided Powerlink with an excellent return on their land over the next 25 years. After construction, livestock herds will still be able to use the land for grazing, and these animals will help the project with vegetation and pest control. Who is GetGreen? GetGreen is a Fraser Coast company, wholly owned by locals who have been developing green energy solutions for many years including the development and manufacture of high-quality LED lighting. How much Government or Council funding has been used on this project? None at all. The project is 100% privately funded and will continue to be so over the next 25 years.

22.01.2022 Morning all, Fortnightly update, Some updated changes requested by AEMO - we are still progressing - kicked the ball toward the goals whilst in the air the goal posts moved ended up only point - we will get the home goal soon.... Patience the main ingredient now. Back to you in a fortnight - have a good week!

20.01.2022 Apologies been a very busy lead in to Xmas. As mentioned in previous messages we think the ball has passed through the goal posts. There have been intense discussions with the video umpire and a result is promised in January.. Another update in a few weeks. Have a great Xmas break and lets plan for a good news 2019 to be much better than 2018s drawn out compliance requirements.

20.01.2022 Morning all, Fortnightly update, Some changes requested by AEMO - we are still progressing - goal posts still moving - will get the home goal soon.... Patience the main ingredient now. Back to you in a fortnight - have a good week!

19.01.2022 Good morning! No major updates, still working through processes, compliance at AEMO level, prior to authorisations for restarting works. The target for announcements on a restart still July 1st. Hoping to stick to this commitment. Notice will be provided here regarding job opportunities and who to contact. ... No point blaming others for the delays and the current situation which is due to circumstances outside our control. I know goodwill has been tested due to delays, however there are good opportunities ahead by working together for the benefit of our region. Have a great weekend! Hopefully in a fortnight more news to share.

16.01.2022 Those of you for patiently waiting for the installation stage of the Teebar Solar Farm. It is going ahead despite all the delays - there will be more. We apologise for the delay - this $80 million undertaking turned out to have more turns than we could have anticipated. We were proceeding earlier this year with site works employing contractors. Bureaucracy - after a review - came back to us - we halted work. This had a ripple effect , however we finally received clearance to... resume works in early November. Now with the understandable sensitivity created federally - the regulator is requesting ever more detailed test reports on equipment to be used on the farm, this testing is detailed and time consuming. We have no argument with that requirement, as it is very important. Teebar Solar Farm is a power station and the grid operators require the absolute certainty of Teebars operating capabilities. During these delays Teebar has signed up more land and will roll out 2 additional stages to bring the farm up to 165mw. These stages with less hiccups than stage one. The solar industry has become complex - due to no clear long term energy policy - this absence unsettles everyone in the renewables sector, from banks down to suppliers. There is significant ongoing nervousness with energy politics in Queensland and Australia. There are parties calling for new coal fired power stations, whilst at the same time effectively closing the door to cheaper solar and other renewables. Our hope as developers - is that common sense will prevail and all parties will recognize - that for the Good of Queensland and regional communities like Maryborough - barriers - should not be introduced. Due to these delays CONECON (the building management team - redeployed to solar farm installations internationally) - they are in the final stages of commissioning a 64 mW solar farm in Aswan Eygypt. Once Aswan is signed off - key Conecon members will return to Australia to focus on Teebar. I expect to announce a detailed rollout program next month. Once again I apologise to all those keen to work on this project - it will happen - however to get things back on track - after halting the original works - has been like herding cats. All of those who submitted resumes to TESS - please be patient you will be contacted. In the meantime keep pursuing other job opportunities.

14.01.2022 Teebar Clean Energy is developing a solar farm and power generation plant with proximity to Maryborough and Hervey Bay. The project is a result of representations by GetGreen made to secure a significant venture partner with a good reputation internationally, with installation and maintenance of solar farms. Teebar Clean Energy is a joint venture company with GetGreen, a Fraser Coast company, holding a 50% share with venture partner Hareon Solar Australia.... The delivery of this project is focused to maximize benefits locally, with jobs, training, management and supplies. The ultimate owner of the project will most likely be a pension fund from the U.K. or USA. A power generation plant such as Teebar Solar Farm, represents a very secure long term investment and it is the type of security sought by superannuation funds internationally to comply with governance requirements. The Project Preparation. Extensive work with meetings and long hours of work went into the planning and finding partners, to locate funds and consultants that can deliver on time and have the necessary credentials that are respected by buying houses internationally and Australian regulators. The Project Rollout. The notice to proceed was issued by Teebar Clean Energy to Powerlink Queensland in March 2017. The notice to proceed is the trigger for works to commence on the infrastructure build - including transformers to take the power from the farm into Queensland transmission network. In parallel at Teebar, site works are underway, significant site preparation is required before the panels can be racked across the 100 hectare site. The Project Completion. Around the middle of 2017 a huge inland lake of solar panels will grow as the solar workers from the region help build our first large scale renewable power plant. In the final stages, prior to commissioning there are many technical tests that have to be completed and passed before the Teebar Solar Farm can plug into the Queensland grid at 132,000 volts. All going well the region will be celebrating in March 2018 the connection of the Teebar Solar Farm with a small permanent crew with responsibility for maintenance of the farm over the next 25 years - the lease operating life.

09.01.2022 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Infrastructure works by construction contractors Conecon, will begin in June/July, ramping up to full installation of the 210,000 solar panels within six months. We would have liked to start earlier, but the additional time is needed so that Powerlink (the company who links power producers to the grid through their infrastructure) has time to update its transformers, switch gear and control systems before it can handle the additional load of the Teebar fa...rm. From a business standpoint, there is no point in completing the solar farm six months before Powerlink is ready to link us to the grid. As the only solar farm being built without any taxpayer funding, every cent counts, and our business plan needs to allow for upgrade aspects of all the suppliers and contractors we rely on.

08.01.2022 Short update on the Teebar Solar Farm: progress - though slow, but now with a target date for build 3rd Quarter 2018.

08.01.2022 Good morning- short update as promised 14 days ago. At present activities are tied to AEMO (Australian Energy Market Operator)requirements and are on track. ... TCE targeting a July announcement for resumption of works. Nothing can be promised or is risk free in the volatility of energy market uncertainties courtesy of the federal government. Appreciate your support and patience - projects of this nature are not easy to bring to completion in Australia - where Jurassic park economics of coal and steam train technology dominates the business mantra in federal politics. Another update in two weeks.

08.01.2022 Update fortnight, Progress slow, frustrating, our target date pushed out another 3-4 weeks before we can make an announcement about the project.

07.01.2022 Morning all, Overdue Fortnightly update, Last lot of technical questions answered goal defence retired! ... Goal kicker taking an easy run and ready to score. Next fortnight the result! Have a good week!

07.01.2022 TCE Directors update on status of the Teebar Solar Farm. Development of the solar farm is still on track for the farm going live-to-grid in March 2018. Weather initially delayed the site works - the first step of land works for the installation of framing ready for the solar panels. Around 212,000 solar panels will be laid.... The solar farm is multi-use for production of electricity and sheep. A final ETA will posted once the framework is delivered from the factories, with the frames expected to arrive in August. Australian Clean Energy Constructions Pty Ltd has contracted Conecon to manage the project and employment of the labour force. Once dates are locked in place for the arrival of panels there will be a rapid engagement and training process for the site workforce. Please keep an eye on this page and our website for developments. Photographs of site preparations across the 100 hectares.

05.01.2022 Morning all, Fortnightly update, Some updated changes requested by AEMO - goal kicker lining up to kick the ball between the goalposts.... Next update will let you know if he scored! Patience the main ingredient now. Back to you in a fortnight - have a good week!

03.01.2022 Good morning, A few days late with the update. A great weekend at the Teebar Camp-draft and Rodeo. Nothing spectacular to report on progress, waiting on response from AEMO.... Next update in a fortnight - thanks for your patience. It was great to meet up with locals at the Camp-draft who are keen to be involved with the project when it restarts.

03.01.2022 Morning all, Progress of sorts the ball in the air and from our perspective through the goalposts. Unfortunately the video ref AEMO can take up to 8 weeks to confirm if a goal has been scored

03.01.2022 Another post a little late apologies no more news to add unfortunately the video umpires still deciding as mentioned AEMO call the shots. Hopefully can offer more information in a fortnight. Have a great week!
