23.01.2022 A neglected unit being restored ready for sale. The painters had been in to paint all walls and doors. Some curtain rails were badly in need of repair and parts were left on the walls that should have been removed. Door knobs not replaced and a tricky cold water tap in the upstairs en suite. The courtyard hedge was taking over and had to be trimmed. The unit is now ready to sell

22.01.2022 Back yard clean up

19.01.2022 During the Christmas break, old steel lockers were removed and replaced with new modern school lockers. A total of 218 individual lockers were installed in the modified locations where the old lockers had been.

19.01.2022 Apartment close to the old bridge in Mandurah is for sale and the gardens were neglected. Hedge trimmed and weeds removed from gardens.

17.01.2022 Repairs and painting to house prior to the new owners moving in. Required quite a bit of wall patching

11.01.2022 Lockers that were left over from the last install were located into a new position around the corner in the last section of the exit to an outside transportable school room. There was not enough to completely fill the opening, so it was formed up to keep it tidy until more units were ordered.

11.01.2022 Not an ideal day to be texture coating a rendered wall 37 degrees celcious. 2nd day on the job, cutting in done day 1 and now the finish coat to be applied Visit again tomorrow, 39 C predicted, will Need to start early.

10.01.2022 The back yard patio needed cleaning after the wet winter and the dust and moisture created the dark stains on the surface. Once treated with an acid wash and a pressure clean, it was back to it's normal state

07.01.2022 A large metal gate was jamming badly against the locking post. The owners were not able to open the gate without a lot of force. The solution was to move the locking post further back into the yard giving more clearance between the gate and post. Problem solved, the owners now have to be careful opening the gate on a windy day.
